Returns
- To start a return, email customercare@thegildedstone.com for instructions.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for Earrings. Please be sure to read all the details about each piece before placing your order.
- For our handbags: If an item is unused and in it’s original packaging, we'll take it back within 7 days of the item being delivered to your door for a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.
In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible (and by quickly, we mean within a few days of you returning your package!), we are no longer offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item. That way you will can get going in the right product as soon as possible!
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.
Returns incur a 5% restocking fee. We accept returns within 7 days of the item being delivered to your door.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so please be sure to read all details before placing your order.
No. You will need to create a separate return label for each order. You will not receive a proper refund or credit if multiple orders are returned in one shipment.
Orders
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.
No, our system only allows for one discount code per order.
This usually happens when the billing zip code you have entered on your order doesn’t match the billing zip code on the credit card you’re trying to use. As for the pending transaction, some banks will hold your funds for a couple of days but will not validate the charge. These charges usually drop off of your bank account within 1-7 days.
Shipping
- Standard- For orders placed before 2 PM EST, your order will be processed and arrive in 5-8 business days.
- Expedited- $25 For orders placed before 2 PM EST, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days (Saturday Delivery Excluded).
- Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note, we not offer weekend delivery at this time.*
- The Gilded Stone is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:
- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property.
- The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
- If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact us at customercare@thegildedstone.com. We are happy to help!
