My jewelry-making journey began more than 20 years ago when I couldn’t find the piece I wanted—so I made it myself.

What began as a creative outlet from a demanding corporate career slowly became something more. Friends asked to buy the pieces I wore, and in 2018, The Gilded Stone officially came to life.

The journey hasn’t been linear. Through seasons of illness, loss, moving, and rebuilding, I have learned that courage isn’t always bold. Sometimes it means choosing hope in small, steady ways and giving yourself permission to begin again.

That belief remains at the heart of The Gilded Stone.

We create and curate modern jewelry for the quietly confident woman—the woman who expresses herself with confidence while remaining unmistakably true to who she is. Every piece is chosen with love and intention to reflect the beauty, strength, and worth already within her.

Our Policies

Our pieces will arrive to you in a reusable suedette pouch, and a 100% recyclable shipping box.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Processing times are approximately 1-2 Business Days.
We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping (4-8 Business Days).
We do not ship international orders.
Delivery may incur delays which are out of our control.
To initiate a return, please send an email to thegildedstone7@gmail.com for instructions.
Please note, we ask that we are contacted within twenty-one (21) days of the items receipt to authorize a return.
Items included in promotional sales are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
In the unlikely case an incorrect item is received please contact us to facilitate an exchange.
Please note we are unable to facilitate a direct exchange for another item.

Please note that, we do not accept returns on items that belong to the category of pierced jewelry due to hygiene reasons.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for Earrings. Please be sure to read all the details about each piece before placing your order.
For our handbags: If an item is unused and in it’s original packaging, we'll take it back within 21 days of the item being delivered to your door for a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days.
Merchandise must not be used, worn or damaged.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible (and by quickly, we mean within a few days of you returning your package!), we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item. That way you can get going in the right product as soon as possible!

HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE MY REFUND?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Returns incur a 5% restocking fee. We accept returns within 21 days of the item being delivered to your door.

To start a return, you can contact us at thegildedstone7@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so please be sure to read all details before placing your order.

CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE RETURNS BACK TOGETHER?

No. You will need to create a separate return label for each order. You will not receive a proper refund or credit if multiple orders are returned in one shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for Earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@thegildedstone.com.

Standard- For orders placed before 2 PM EST, your order will be processed and arrive in 5-8 business days. We offer USPS ground shipping for Domestic USA.

On orders up to $75- $6.50
On orders $75+ FREE
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note, we do not offer weekend delivery at this time
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number.
We cannot ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LABELED AS DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:

The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property.
The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact us at hello@thegildedstone.com. We are happy to help!
