Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

  • Standard- For orders placed before 2 PM EST, your order will be processed and arrive in 5-8 business days. We offer USPS ground shipping for Domestic USA.
    • On orders up to $75- $6.50
    • On orders $75+ FREE
  • Expedited- $25-For orders placed before 2 PM EST, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days (Saturday Delivery Excluded).
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note, we do not offer weekend delivery at this time
  • Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number.
  • We cannot ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address.
  • Holiday Shipping- Shipping will not be available on:
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
    • New Year’s Eve
    • New Year’s Day
  • The Gilded Stone is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LABELED AS DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:

  • The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
  • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property.
  • The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
  • If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact us at hello@thegildedstone.com. We are happy to help!
