Our pieces will arrive to you in a reusable suedette pouch, and a 100% recyclable shipping box.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday. 
• Processing times are approximately 1-2 Business Days.
• We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping (4-8 Business Days) and Express Domestic Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for a flat rate. 
• We do not ship international orders.
• Delivery may incur delays which are out of our control.
• To initiate a return, please send an email to customercare@thegildedstone.com for instructions. 
• Please note, we ask that we are contacted within twenty-one (21) days of the items receipt to authorize a return.
• Items included in promotional sales are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
• In the unlikely case an incorrect item is received please contact customer service to facilitate an exchange. 
• Please note we are unable to facilitate a direct exchange for another item.
